Monorex is a one-coat through coloured weather resistent decorative render available in a range of standard colours. It is suitable for application to masonry composed of dense and lightweight concrete blocks, autoclave lightweight blocks, shuttered concrete walls, base walls, Parex base coats, old existing substrates amongst others. The substarte should be checked and guidance should be sought prior to specifying any renders to ensure the longterm intergity of the render can be assured.
Monrex can be finished either as a smooth textured appearance, as a spray textured finish, or as a scraped finish.
