Polypropylene Scrim Cloth

Scrim cloth is fully compatible with all K-Rend renders. It is used to strengthen areas of high stress render typically around door and window openings, and over board joints. It is bedded into the previously applied K-Rend base coat, normally HP12 or HPX depending on the substrate, and then trowelled to allow for the full incorporation of the scrim into the wet base coat. It is also used as a reinforcement over previously painted renders with the inclusion of nylon plugs.

Hammer Set Nylon plugs

These fixings are designed for attaching scrim cloth and insulation board material in insulated render systems. Suitable for concrete, solid brick, hollow concrete block, limestone brick, perforated brick, masonry brick and aerated concrete. They are suitable for use with all K-Rend base coats. 200no per box.

N6 Nylon Fixings

Nylon plug and nail for fixing beads etc. 50no per box.

Freeflo

Retarder, waterproof and plasticiser protects against driving rain and damp. Slows setting time-ideal for large areas. Reduces water penetration without acting as a vapour barrier.

PVA

SBR

Highly effective building adhesive, primer, admixture, bonding agent and dustproofer. Improves adhesion and bind strength.

Cementone Colouring

Cementone colour for cement are suitable for all concrete, mortar, render and screeds. The colours are permanent, lightfast and give lime resistant colours. Using these colours will not affect the performance of the mix. Yellow available in 1kg only

Fungicidal Wash

For the prevention and removal of moss, lichens and algae. Also used for the treatment of masonry and brickwork to destroy and prevent reinfestation by wood rotting fungi, particularly dry rot.
